| 1. Determine the approximate height placement of each of the shelves according to your cosmetic prerequisites and equipmentís height requirements. 2. Screw one Audio Point™ with male threads into the bottom of each of the 3 main stainless steel support rods. To fill the main support rods (optional), first remove the top brass bolts and caps. Fill the rods with our recommended fill materials and seal with top brass bolts. Use a light touch when screwing and or tightening any of the brass bolts. Brass is a key to our technology yet it remains a soft metal. 3. Place the first shelf on a cardboard box. This procedure is required to raise the shelf off the floor prior to inserting the main support rods. Insert the three main support rods and gently tighten with the enclosed black hex wrench. 4. Place up to three additional shelves onto main support rods per your estimated heights, and lightly tighten. This will establish enough support to allow the Platform to stand on its own. Do not over-tighten the bolts; this is just the beginning. If you are assembling the SP-6 you may want to wait for placement of the top two shelves until the lower shelf heights and final adjustments are made. 5. Place the Platform onto the floor. Adjust the first or lower shelf to desired height. We recommend allowing a minimum of a 1" (one-inch) space from the base of the main support rods to the bottom of the lower shelf as a starting point. Level the shelf. 6. Now place the Sistrum Platform™ in the general, preferably the exact area it will reside. Once the Platform is assembled and loaded it will become extremely heavy and difficult to move. The design of Sistrum Platforms™ provides easy access for loading your equipment via the three sides. 7. Install the Audio Points™ with mounting bolts on all shelves (3 per shelf) using the gold hex wrench. The Audio Point™ faces up and the bolt is screwed in from the bottom location (with the shelf in the middle). Adjust the Audio Points™ to best support each individual piece to insure proper support for the equipmentís sizing profile. 8. Adjust and level one shelf at a time starting with the bottom working towards the top. Once shelf heights are established and match your cosmetic requirements, tighten on all shelves securely with hex wrench. 9. Enjoy! |
