President
Mr. Maicks has thirty-two years experience including the areas of the recording sciences, sound reinforcement engineering, stage development and concert production. Throughout his career he has attained knowledge coupled by hands on experience in many additional facets of business such as marketing, consumer retail operations and professional sales training. Mr. Maicks is well known for his personal involvement with our corporate members, employees and their families, always providing the time and effort required to help out with any business and/or personal situations.
In the audio/video and music related fields, Mr. Maicks has developed an honest reputation as an open minded, well informed industry reference for both consumers and manufacturers alike. His ability to merge consumer demand with industry-first concepts has provided a solid yet extremely versatile foundation for the success of Star Sound Technologies, LLC.

A resourceful asset to Star Sound Technologies LLC, he not only participates in multiple engineering functions but is also heavily involved with project management, product development, and with a complex array of corporate administration responsibilities for this rapidly expanding company.
Mr. Highleyman’s passion for music, in conjunction with the market’s demand for more emotional and dynamic sound production, fuels his desire to grow the company based on real technology rather than on guesswork.

Mr. Whetstone, as an Electrical Engineer for AMETEK Aerospace and Defense, currently designs instrumentation including active capacitance-based fluid level sensors and fuel gauging systems. As a talented and experienced musician, Mr. Whetstone’s passion for electronically reproducing the “live performance” fuels his involvement in the refinement of our product circuitry build and function.

Thomas W. Lyons
Mr. Lyons received his formal education at the

South Florida
. His mechanical engineering background coupled with twenty five years experience in electronic design and manufacturing fields offers Star Sound Technologies, LLC a well-rounded individual who has helped advance the Science of Resonance Energy Transfer.
Previously, Mr. Lyons provided design and marketing consulting for Mitsubishi Corp., US West (Bell System), European Engineering Society, and Ameritech (Bell System). Mr. Lyons has also written technical training manuals for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for control system wiring conforming to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
A few years ago, Star Sound Technologies, LLC originally hired Mr. Lyons for his extensive expertise in the analogue field as he remains one of the most respected and active participants on the Audiogon.com Forums website. An audiophile and music enthusiast for over 30 years, he designed a tone-arm modification device known to many as the Horizontal Inertial Force Increaser (Hi-Fi). This design is a success story unto itself as Star Sound recently provided him a green light to forward the resonance management technology into turntable design.
Mr. Danny Moore
Danny Moore specializes in industrial design and advanced manufacturing techniques. Mr. Moore has over fifteen years of metal fabrication and product design experience combined with the knowledge of how to operate every machine associated with state-of-the-art machining and laser equipment. He has worked in the motorcycle, bicycle, architectural and advertising industries providing many companies the manufacturing methodologies and solutions needed in order to establish their products into the markets.
More importantly, Mr. Moore, a long time audiophile hobbyist and music enthusiast, brings to Star Sound Technologies LLC a unique talent that combines “metals with art” into a product presentation that is revolutionizing the cosmetic appeal of an industry. Danny is one of the key inventors in the functional design, cosmetic design and manufacturing of the Star Sound - Sistrum Platforms family of products. He is also responsible for the appearance of the Star Sound triangulated amplifier chassis.

Mr. Riehl has twenty-two years of experience in audio engineering, metallurgy, physics research, marketing and manufacturing. In addition Mr. Riehl has multiple certifications in electronic circuit design and surface mount technology as well as computer aided design.
