Plateau Series

Featuring the Conductive Micro-Bearing Steel Shield

Vibration consistently creates inefficiencies on and within any product. Picture a cable as a lengthy antenna made up of "resonance conductive" materials (copper, aluminum, silver, etc.) guaranteed to attract and transfer energy to and from all the components of the system. The result is unwanted vibration patterns that continue to propagate, regenerate and multiply while traveling along its path.

Our studies and research clearly dictate that the "air-borne" resonance factors stand out as being the most detrimental element relating to cable's ability to sound musical and appear visually cleaner and truer to color. Vibration also effects the speed at which the signal content passes.

Internal resonance is also built up from the electrons simply passing along the conductor. The use of dielectric materials (insulating material used to separate adjacent conductors such as air, liquids, Teflon, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc.) can develop stray capacitance and/or even promote static charge build up.

Introducing a shield type of flexible fluid like cold-rolled steel in addition to the quad shields already in place has improved immensely the overall effect of Sonoran's intense performance. The dense molecular of Micro-Bearing Steel's and its uniform grain is used to establish an inert field which dissipates mechanical and electromechanical resonance, including both external (air-borne) as well as internal patterns. The result is increased dynamics, speed and efficiency.

The PLATEAU Series pricing remains extremely affordable by any audiophile's standard. Always being compared to the sonic capability of cable costing into the thousands of dollars, Plateau is always reviewed as true-value by any measure.

"Both internal and external vibration affects the speed at which all signal content passes. Our research clearly indicates that air-borne resonance is both influential as well as detrimental to the overall performance of any cable."

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The geometry concerning the electron flow through the Sonoran Audio/Video Wire Designs is extremely directional. For the cable to perform properly, the “arrows” located on the label next to the serial number indicates the direction that the signal should flow from the source output to the input of the receiving component. Please document the serial numbers for your personal records.
